  1. First you need to download UsbDummyProtect_1_1.zip. Once you’ve downloaded the file extract it and copy the UsbDummyProtect.exe file and paste it in to your USB root drive.

  2. Let's assume that you have some files in your USB Flash Drive and you want to fill up the remaining free space. You can see in the image below that we’ve about 1.07GB disk space left, this tool will help you to fill up the remaining free space easily by creating a dummy file.

  3. Once the UsbDummyProtect.exe file has been copied, run the program by double clicking it. As soon as the program runs, the program starts to create a dummy file that has enough size to fill all the remaining space of your USB Flash Drive. It might takes several minutes to complete the process, depend on your USB Device storage size.

  4. Once the dummy file created successfully you'll be notified. Press enter to close the program.

  5. You can see a dummy.file in your USB Flash Drive.

  6. Also check out your USB storage device disk free space. You will notice that there is no available free space. It must have filled now with zero space available. This will prevent other infectious programs to copy itself to your USB Flash drive.

  7. Incase if you want to copy some files from your own non-infected Computer then delete the dummy.file, after the files copied to your USB Flash Drive then run the program (UsbDummyProtect.exe) again.
