Windows Tip | How To Delete Files That Is Being Used

Unable to delete a file, cannot delete, it is being used by another person or program
Probably all of us who use Windows OS was encountered this problem and suddenly appear the message like this: Unable to delete a file, cannot delete, it is being used by another person or program, error deleting file or folder, access denied, the source or destination file may be in use and etc.

That is when windows are using the program in that instance and the program needs to be end task or end process. So we can type ctrl+alt+del and go to Task Manager > Processes and find the process and end it or close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

But what if that process is already ended and still have the same message appearing when we try to delete it. That is happens when Windows still use one of the threads of the process but not the whole process. So, if the process or program is not essential for the Operating System, we can just delete the file. In this tutorial we will see few methods that can help.
